The health and safety of SilverSneakers^® members, instructors, location staff and of all citizens is of the utmost importance to us. Now, more than ever, we can educate the public about the benefits of regular physical activity and its positive impact on health and immunity.

We can do so through instructor-led, virtual classes to keep members engaged and healthy during this difficult time. Please encourage your senior population to participate with you through any available virtual channels offered at fitness and YMCA partners that can be tracked and reported through standard utilization reporting to Tivity Health.

Members can also download SilverSneakers GO™, our mobile app, or SilverSneakers On-Demand™ videos to find other ways to stay physically active and engaged during this time.
